TAREEQ is an on-demand service that allows customers to book rides by connecting them to drivers through a convenient experience.
You can easily book an on-demand ride, or schedule it for a later time. After confirming your pick up location and destination, your order will be assigned to the nearest available driver. Once done, you will be able to track your driver and view his/her contact information as well as the vehicle's information.
Similar to booking a ride, you can request a driver to deliver any item you want. We can deliver or buy anything that fits in a car, just make sure to specify the item description and count on us to do the rest.
We currently operate from 08:00 AM until 12:00 AM, but soon you will be able to book your ride anytime you want.
Our fares are based on a formula that takes two factors into consideration: the trip’s distance and the elapsed time. Before selecting the service you want, you will be able to view an estimated fare based on the expected traffic details.
When you reach your destination, the app will ask you to rate the trip and this is where you can help us improve our service. You can also use the app’s "support" section to reach out to us by calling our customer support team or leaving any feedback through a message.
